{The Ruins - Talisay City, Negros Occidental - August 2009}

Finding our way to this mansion was a bit scary. Not knowing if we were on the right track, we followed an hacienda road through massive sugar canes. From left to right, all you can see are tall sugar canes. I kept imagining that a lot of dead bodies could be rotting there without anybody knowing. I know my thoughts usually go over the top but I just can't help myself especially that we didn't see anybody on the road. scary. Anyways, after 40 minutes or so of following the road, we finally reached our destination. The picture says it all. The house was gorgeous. Even in its ruined state, you can still see its beauty. I can just imagine how beautiful it was in its glory. If the walls could talk, the stories it would tell would have been priceless.

p.s.
on our way back, we found out there was a better route than what we took. hehehe. lols!
