tuna pasta - ala cating

Because I was craving for pasta last night, I decided to concoct my own recipe of tuna pasta:) I even violated my self-imposed house arrest to buy fresh shiitake for my pasta. Grabeh ang dedication sa experiment. Hehehe.


It looks delish and tastes yummy too:) soooo proud of my self. hehehe. I will have to do some tweaking on my ingredients since it is not as perfect as I want it to be. I want it creamier than it currently is. I guess I will do another experiment on this soon:) will be posting the recipe as soon as I perfect it:D

thought: would an online university for cooking be successful? hmmmm... just wondering:)
