"You'll Be In My Heart"
Come stop your crying It will be all right Just take my hand Hold it tight
I will protect you from all around you I will be here Don't you cry
For one so small, you seem so strong My arms will hold you, keep you safe and warm This bond between us Can't be broken I will be here Don't you cry
'Cause you'll be in my heart Yes, you'll be in my heart From this day on Now and forever more
You'll be in my heart No matter what they say You'll be here in my heart, always
Why can't they understand the way we feel They just don't trust what they can't explain I know we're different but, deep inside us We're not that different at all
And you'll be in my heart Yes, you'll be in my heart From this day on Now and forever more
Don't listen to them 'Cause what do they know We need each other, to have, to hold They'll see in time I know
When destiny calls you You must be strong I may not be with you But you've got to hold on They'll see in time I know We'll show them together
'Cause you'll be in my heart Yes, you'll be in my heart From this day on, Now and forever more
Oh, you'll be in my heart No matter what they say You'll be in my heart, always Always
I was able to witness Macau's 21st International Fireworks Display when I was there. It's a competition among countries on who gives the best fireworks display. I forgot which country this was but it was one of the countries with small eyes. Hehehe. I didn't understand the lyrics to their music. But i think the musical scoring was good because the people around me seemed to appreciate it. Hehehe.
This picture was taken on a stormy day. Signal number 8 was still up when I left my hotel to get to Tsimshatsui. No storm was gonna dampen my plans for the day. Hehehe. Good thing when I arrived at the waterfront it was not as windy as it was the night before. I was also there when the storm was raging its wrath. I tried to take night pictures but even with a tripod, it was hopeless. The wind was just too strong. When i saw a part of a roof flying over the coffee shop where I was staying, that was when I feared the storm. I didn't heed the warnings that were everywhere about the storm. I just wondered why the malls were closed so early. But then, I still went my way. But when I saw the roof, I was definitely scared and decided to head back to my hotel. To my surprise, there were no more cars, buses or any transportation on the streets. Good thing, the MTR was still doing its usual route and I was able to go home. Even with the previous night's scare, that didn't deter me from visiting the waterfront again. The sky was still overcast but it was a beautiful day nonetheless. By lunchtime, the storm signal was lowered to 3 and I was able to go about my shopping for the rest of the afternoon. Definitely one of the memorable parts of my trip :)
