City of Lights

If there was one word I would describe Paris as it would be "dreamy". Maybe because it has been a long time dream to go and when I was finally there I always had to pinch myself to remind me that I was not dreaming.

This is the view from the park near the Eiffel Tower. Even in the cold of winter, there is something magical when staring at the tower. I chose this as the first pic I uploaded from my Euro trip because for me it visualizes the Europe that I have come to witness. Cold, dark, dreamy, magical. All in one picture, it says it all.

I miss reading books. Hopeful that one of these weekends I can curl up with a good book and just spend the afternoon in bed. Or better yet, by the beach with the waves crashing on the shore for musical scoring and an ice cold drink. Ahhhh that would be life:)

As beautiful as Singapore is, life here can get pretty lonely. When moments like this creep up on me, I tell myself of the goals I have set for the coming months. To remind myself of why I am here for and what I am working for.
